We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to transportation services. You will communicate with participants, family members, care providers, Regional Center staff, and transportation vendors to notify them of service schedules, provide updates such as late bus notifications, address questions or concerns, and gather information to process service changes or document complaints. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and phone systems like RingCentral. The ideal candidate types at a minimum of 45 WPM with high accuracy, is well-organized, and can effectively problem-solve in standardized situations.
M-F day shift.
Listed pay is: $21 to $23 an hour.
