In person full time IT Administrator / Help Desk Level I. They are looking for a help desk administrator who can provide first-level IT support with a strong focus on customer service and quick response to client inquiries. They are looking for someone who can prioritize and distribute support tickets, assist with fieldwork, perform basic troubleshooting and repairs, and update company contacts. They are looking for a candidate with solid knowledge of operating systems, malware removal, hardware maintenance, and the ability to follow technical documentation.
