Today was just me and Angelica which was weird (I miss Lars and Antonio) but also nice because then we got a chance to have more personalized support.
First off we did some research on Delta Dental, the company that we’ll be mock interviewing with next Thursday. Then I worked on filling a few holes on my Interview Q&A.
Lastly, we did interview practice. We watched our recorded interviews from last week and while I hated to hear myself speak I felt like I got some good information: my posture and eye contact was good but I think I need to work on being more confidant, faster, and using less “uhs.” Then we did some interview questions as a group. Which gave me some great ideas. And it was great to see Angelica putting herself out there and trying. Just like me she still needs to polish and work on her answers but I feel like she has a good foundation. I’m looking forward to seeing how she improves in the coming weeks.
