In person full time IT Technician. They are looking for an IT Technician to serve as the first responder for Level 1 troubleshooting, incident triage, and technical support within IT Operations and Service Management. They are looking for someone who can document and resolve incidents, escalate complex issues to Level 2 support, and manage alerts from monitoring systems, including coordinating major incident responses. They are looking for candidates with experience in IT monitoring tools, helpdesk ticketing systems, Microsoft and Google office products, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts. This job is located in San Francisco California.
