As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for both new and existing customers, providing exceptional support over the phone and in person. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, resolving inquiries, answering billing questions, processing payments, and preparing inspection reports. You’ll promote service upgrades and maintain accurate records using various software systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in multitasking, with strong communication abilities and a friendly phone demeanor. Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

M-F day shift.

Listed pay is $21 an hour.
