We are seeking a friendly and reliable Client Service Representative to join our animal healthcare team. In this front-facing role, you’ll greet clients and pets, check in appointments, weigh and room patients, and handle phone communications. You’ll also process payments, prepare prescriptions, schedule appointments, and educate pet owners on health care. Additional duties include maintaining and managing medical records, promoting hospital services, and ensuring cleanliness of the reception area and exam rooms. Prior experience as a healthcare receptionist is a plus, but training will be provided for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
M-F day shift, weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: From $25 an hour.
