You will ensure a safe, clean store environment while maintaining high showroom standards. Manages hiring, training, and scheduling of sales staff. Drives excellent customer service, resolves concerns, and supports team performance through coaching and regular communication. Coordinates branding, floor plans, and vendor relations, while providing feedback to senior management to improve operations and company culture. Requirements include a proven track record of success in commission-based sales, and relevant experience as a manager. The pay range is $80,000 – $120,000 per year, with benefits.
