As a Customer Service Representative, you will build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized financial services and handling transactions accurately through a POS system. Responsibilities include account management, collections, customer outreach, in-store and community engagement, and maintaining store appearance and security. You’ll also perform off-site tasks such as vehicle appraisals and marketing. Success in this role requires attention to detail, compliance with company policies and regulations, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a full-time, in-person schedule.
M-F schedule, with weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $20 an hour.
