As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you’ll provide exceptional consultative service in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll assist customers with printing, signs, graphics, shipping services, and order processing while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include operating print and shipping equipment, handling financial transactions, assembling shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized store. You’ll also support merchandising efforts, follow all company policies and procedures, and assist in training new team members. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable multitaskers with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Listed pay is $20.80 to $24.44 an hour.
