Three Bird Nest is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver a boutique-level service that builds trust, personal attention, and delight for customers. In this role, you will engage with customers across multiple support channels—including email, live chat, text, phone, social media, and online reviews—resolving inquiries related to products, orders, and complaints while upholding brand values and communication standards. Responsibilities include recommending and upselling products, assisting with order and tracking issues, supporting wholesale customers, and serving as a product expert to help customers curate outfits. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and committed to creating lasting relationships that reflect the company’s mission of inspiring customers to express their authentic style.

Listed pay is $17.25 to $18 an hour.
