Ashley is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive experience for all guests. This role involves addressing customer concerns in person, by phone, and via email, handling inquiries about sales, billing, and deliveries, and accurately processing sales orders, credit applications, and financing. The position also supports store operations through opening and closing procedures, cash handling, administrative and accounting tasks, and inventory management, including bi-annual counts and loss prevention efforts. Candidates must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, Microsoft Office skills, and prior customer service or administrative experience are preferred, along with the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as part of a collaborative team.
Weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is $19.25 an hour.
