Today we worked on our customer service skills by utilizing The CTP Pro square online store to practice one-on-one training. As the customer, one person orders items on the website while the other person, acting as the employee, fills out the cart with their requests while staying in their customer service role. I observed the other pairs as they showcased their customer service skills, with time running out before a few of us that haven’t gone could take our turns.
