They are looking for an IT Support Technician with hands-on experience in data center operations, hardware troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure support, including servers, storage, and networking. The role requires someone who can work independently or as part of a team, travel to customer sites primarily in the Oakland, CA area, and occasionally out of state. Candidates must have their own transportation, be able to lift up to 40 lbs, and be willing to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. This job is located in Oakland California.
