The Call Center Agent / Delivery Dispatcher is responsible for providing excellent customer service by promptly answering calls, processing phone orders, assisting with inquiries, and documenting all customer interactions accurately. This role also involves communicating updates on promotions and issues, escalating concerns to management, and fulfilling delivery or express orders as needed. On the dispatch side, the position requires coordinating and scheduling deliveries using POS and routing tools, verifying order accuracy, assigning routes to drivers, and monitoring their progress. The dispatcher supports drivers on the road, communicates with customers regarding payments or delivery issues, and ensures all orders are delivered accurately, safely, and on time. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential for success in this dual role.
M-F day and evening shifts, with weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $20 an hour.
