Key duties include verifying member eligibility, coverage, claims, and exclusions, as well as educating customers on plan procedures while maintaining confidentiality. The role also involves identifying root causes of issues to support process improvements and requires flexibility to work across various office locations and rotating shifts. Ideal candidates bring at least one year of customer service or call center experience, proficiency with MS Office and customer management systems, and strong communication skills. Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Cantonese/Mandarin is highly valued.
Listed pay is $24 to $31.06 an hour.
