The Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and compassionate environment while supporting smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating patient check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and care. The CSR manages client information, maintains medical records, processes financial transactions, and ensures the reception area is clean and organized. This role also involves providing accurate service and pet care information, assisting with client flow, and collaborating closely with veterinary staff to facilitate communication and patient care. With strong organizational skills, empathy, and professionalism, the Veterinary CSR contributes to excellent client experiences, supports the well-being of patients, and upholds the high standards of the practice.

Day shift with evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Listed pay is $20 to $25 an hour.
