Today, we started with typing practice before filling out the rest of the time before break with a scenario exercise on customer service with examples of bad and good employee customer service.
For the second hour, we began our independent challenge. The monthly challenge involving Google Docs and Google Sheets. I actually managed to complete the full challenge before I took my final break of the day.
I spent the rest of the day watching the material for my final Percipio courses as part of Core Training with CTT.
