Hormann Northwest Door in San Jose is hiring a full time Customer Service Representative 1. In this role you will answer inbound customer calls about order status, product information, account status and pricing, take sales calls and offer upsells, troubleshoot customer problems, and process orders in a fast paced environment. The role is a Monday to Friday day shift. One year of customer service experience is preferred but not required, and the company will train the right candidate. Pay is $23.00 to $28.00 per hour.
