You will resolve customer issues efficiently, document all interactions accurately in CRM systems, and monitor order status, shipping, inventory, and fulfillment details within the eCommerce platform. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to address logistics or inventory concerns, maintaining strong product and policy knowledge, identifying trends in customer feedback to recommend improvements, supporting online reviews and loyalty inquiries, and consistently meeting performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
