This role supports new account setup and onboarding, clearly communicates the features and benefits of AT&T B2B solutions to enhance client engagement, and maintains accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. The trainee also continuously builds expertise by participating in ongoing product knowledge and skills development sessions to ensure high-quality customer support.
