The Customer Enrollment Trainee engages directly with prospective customers to present and explain AT&T’s fiber internet, television, and wireless services while conducting thorough needs assessments to recommend solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and budget. This role involves mastering the full sales and enrollment process to ensure a seamless customer experience, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activity in the CRM system, and actively participating in daily training and team meetings to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills. The trainee collaborates closely with team members to share insights and best practices, represents Capital City Concepts and AT&T as a professional brand ambassador, and stays informed on industry trends to confidently position AT&T as the preferred service provider.
Listed pay is: $800 to $1,300 a week.
