The Commercial Support Specialist supports bid and project operations by reviewing architectural plans, identifying product specifications, requesting project pricing, and scouting bid opportunities through plan room sites while engaging with vendors and clients as needed. This role handles key administrative responsibilities such as submitting closeout documents, managing preliminary notices and submittals, tracking prevailing wage documentation, maintaining bid trackers and inventory catalogs, scheduling subcontractor pickups, and assisting with payment collection. The specialist also participates in required meetings and trainings, attends networking events when assigned, and continuously builds product knowledge by researching new solutions to support client and business needs.
Listed pay is $22 to $25 an hour.
