The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist delivers exceptional service to wholesale and retail customers by assisting them in person and over the phone, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products and services in multiple languages. This role focuses on building strong, trust-based customer relationships while accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies and consistently working toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Responsibilities include maintaining detailed work order files and formulas, pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse, tinting and mixing items to customer specifications, stocking shelves, setting up displays, and keeping store equipment clean and operational. The specialist also supports inventory control procedures, assists with loading and unloading delivery trucks, helps with deliveries when needed, maintains organized and well-stocked areas, stays knowledgeable about product offerings, and contributes ideas to improve overall sales performance.
Listed pay is $20 an hour.
