This role manages room reservations in person, online, and by phone, providing accurate information about room availability, amenities, rates, special requests, and rewards programs. The agent ensures a smooth check-in and check-out process by issuing correct room keys, confirming guest details, and addressing any questions or special accommodations.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with housekeeping to confirm room readiness, handling guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records of guest accounts and transactions. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a positive and memorable guest experience.
Listed pay is $17 an hour.
