As a Front Desk Sales Associate, your main responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring members and guests have a positive experience. Key responsibilities as a Front Desk Sales Associate include greeting and assisting members and guests during check-in and check-out, providing friendly, helpful customer service in person and over the phone. Promoting a welcoming gym environment, handling membership tasks as well as conducting tours with prospective members. Maintaining cleanliness through out the facility. Perform routine walkthrough and report any maintenance issues. 6-12 months customer service experience is preferred, must be at 18 years or older, willingness to CPR/AED certification with training provided. Basic computer skills and comfortable working with cleaning products as well as able to lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and communicate frequently.
