LDI Promotions is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Representative passionate about making a difference. In this role, you’ll engage directly with community members, share the missions of various nonprofit organizations, and inspire donations to support meaningful causes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential donors through in-person conversations
- Educate the community on nonprofit missions and impact
- Build strong relationships and encourage contributions
- Represent multiple nonprofits as a spokesperson
- Achieve donation goals in a team-oriented environment
- Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration
