The Service Leader is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by ensuring high-quality, safe food and excellent service. This role supports daily restaurant operations, maintains cleanliness and organization, and helps lead and develop the front-of-house team.
- Ensure food is prepared and served safely, accurately, and with high quality
- Monitor and enforce food safety standards (handwashing, temperature checks, shelf life, etc.)
- Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction
- Support team operations, including breaks, shift transitions, and scheduling
- Train, coach, and help develop crew members and future leaders
- Assist with performance reviews and team development
- Handle basic administrative tasks (cash handling, paperwork, banking)
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Stay proactive by assisting with tasks during slower periods
Qualifications:
- Understanding of food safety practices and cash handling procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary workplace language
- Basic administrative and organizational skills
- High school diploma
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Knowledge of company values and service standards
Work Conditions:
- Active, on-your-feet role during shifts (except breaks)
