Provides excellent service across face-to-face, phone, and email interactions while managing the full sales process, including order entry, quotes, purchase orders, payments, and delivery scheduling with a strong focus on accuracy. Monitors shipments, coordinates with manufacturing, vendors, and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery, and recommends alternative products based on customer needs, cost, or availability. Supports customers with warranties, returns, and issue resolution while maintaining detailed sales records and reports. Builds product knowledge, particularly within HVAC offerings, collaborates with management and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, and contributes to ongoing projects and operational improvements to support business growth.
Listed pay is $18.64 to $23.31 an hour.
