Front Desk Receptionist/Admin KCM Home Loans Vacaville, CA Part-Time

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you will welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include handling multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, assisting with data entry and basic bookkeeping, and managing office supplies.

The ideal candidate has experience in front desk or office administration, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a proactive, positive attitude are essential. Bilingual skills and familiarity with QuickBooks are a plus.
