As a Client Relations Specialist, supports client services by managing admissions and intake processes, coordinating referrals, and maintaining clear communication with clients, caregivers, and case managers. Ensures services are properly authorized, provides timely updates to internal teams, and maintains accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations. Assists with operational tasks such as time reporting, onboarding, and compliance tracking, participates in service planning meetings and customer service follow-ups, and reports concerns or irregularities to leadership to ensure quality and accountability in service delivery.
Listed pay is $26 an hour.
