Customer Relations Associate Antioch Auto Center Antioch, CA Part-Time

Antioch Auto Center is seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Relations Associate to support our sales and service teams by delivering an outstanding guest experience. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams
  • Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests promptly
  • Support departments and coordinate with managers to resolve issues
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
  • Deliver a positive, professional customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with computers
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
  • High school diploma required (additional customer service experience a plus)
