Demaray Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual to join our clinic as a Patient Advocate & Care Coordinator. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties—you’ll play a key part in guiding patients through their wellness journey, helping them stay engaged and supported in their care.
- Create a warm, welcoming environment for patients
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families
- Help patients understand and follow their care plans
- Clearly and compassionately present financial plans and collect payments
- Manage scheduling and track patient progress
- Anticipate patient needs and support their health goals
- Communicate closely with the doctor and care team
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, emotionally intelligent, and patient-focused
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable discussing finances professionally
- Able to multitask and manage schedules efficiently
- Encouraging, dependable, and positive team player
Experience in a medical, chiropractic, dental, or customer service setting is helpful, but not required. Ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.
