As a Customer Service/Sales Agent, delivers professional and courteous service by assisting customers with policy questions, processing payments, and handling transactions accurately. Identifies customer needs and follows up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations to support customer retention and sales growth. Participates in marketing initiatives to help generate new business and maintain strong customer relationships. Performs administrative tasks such as conducting first notice of loss (FNOL) vehicle inspections, taking vehicle photos, making bank deposits, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment to support efficient daily operations.
Listed pay is $17 to $20 an hour.
