We are looking for an experienced Front-End Supervisor to lead our team and ensure a smooth, customer-focused checkout experience. This role is responsible for supervising daily front-end operations, supporting staff, and maintaining high service standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor front-end staff
- Oversee daily checkout operations, including cash handling and POS systems
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient front-end area
- Address customer questions and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor front-end inventory and coordinate restocking
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience supervising in retail or customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with POS systems and retail software
- Administrative or store management background preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
