As a Customer Service Agent – Air Export, manages end-to-end export shipment processes by coordinating customer orders, arranging freight pickups, and ensuring timely delivery to carriers. Handles documentation and compliance by preparing and reviewing bills of lading, air waybills, and export paperwork while ensuring adherence to U.S. export regulations. Enters detailed shipment data into systems to generate labels, apply rates, and facilitate customs clearance. Coordinates logistics with vendors, facilities, and airlines, provides shipment updates to customers and overseas offices, and manages flight bookings. Supports financial processes by generating invoices and assists with reporting, quality management tracking, and the development of standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Listed pay is $24 to $25 an hour.
