We are seeking a professional, client-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our law firm. This role manages front desk operations, delivers excellent client service, and provides administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Answer, screen, and route calls; take accurate messages
  • Schedule conference rooms and prepare meeting spaces
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
  • Provide administrative support (data entry, filing, document handling)
  • Coordinate with attorneys and staff to support workflow

Qualifications:

  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience (legal or professional services preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and phone systems
