As a Guest Service Coordinator, oversees guest services operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and achievement of performance goals within the salon. Optimizes service scheduling, supports retail initiatives, and promotes a strong retail culture to drive sales and guest satisfaction. Trains and coaches team members on service standards and customer engagement practices, including retail and guest interactions. Manages real-time operational issues, ensures accurate reporting of key performance indicators, and enforces service standards and training procedures to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Listed pay is $20 to $22 an hour.
