Support the daily operations of a K-8 academic and enrichment program by providing administrative, office, and logistical support to staff, students, and families. Responsibilities include managing student enrollment and attendance, handling sign-in/sign-out procedures, answering phones, maintaining office and program supplies, entering data into Salesforce, preparing reports, and assisting with special events. This role also helps supervise students when needed and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, customer service experience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse youth and families. Administrative office experience required; Spanish fluency preferred.
