Today we did a role playing activity taking place at the fictional Power of Wellness. We didn’t have time for me to share my screen and complete the steps, but I was ready to go and I followed along when the other students made updates to the shared Google Sheets.
Essentially, a customer calls about membership services and should sign up for a massage, so the Employee can send a confirmation e-mail, as well as update the internal documents (Membership list and Massage schedule).
It was fun to think about how google sheets is used or can be used to run a business. It looks like there will be a similar assignment for our accountability work. Today was a pretty good day, for a Monday.
