About: This is a Fair Chance job, 40 hours per week, using three communication methods: in person, phone, and email. You will answer customer questions, schedule appointments, troubleshoot, and solve problems with hospitality, professionalism, and politeness. Sometimes CSR must drive clients for vehicle pick-up and drop-off. This is a family-owned business with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. The pay range is $18-$22 an hour plus benefits.
Requirements: Valid and current California Driver’s License and a clean DMV record. All employees are vaccinated. They background-check and drug-screen all candidates who are offered a job.
