East Bay Creative Lab is a community nonprofit arts and science center on Lake Merritt in Oakland. In this part-time, in-person role, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for parents, families, and visitors by phone, email, and in person, set up and manage registration systems for classes, camps, and workshops, keep student rosters and records current, help with events and outreach, and support the Program Director with day-to-day operations. No set amount of experience is listed; a friendly customer service manner, good organization, and comfort with tools like Google Workspace, WordPress, and Canva matter most. You should also be able to lift 25 lbs and carry it up stairs, and be available on weekends. The role is twenty hours a week, Wednesday through Saturday, at $25.00 per hour.
