What I did today

After touch typing, I created my employee bio for Power of Wellness on their WordPress site, watched and finished two Percipio courses, completed my third-week check in and did a little more typing and Google Sheets practice.

Today after typing practice, I had already finished my in class exercise the day before, so I listened and watched as the rest of my class finished the in class assignment. I also finished and turned in my accountability assignment due this week after getting clarification on what information I should be working from.

What I did today

After typing practice and turning in my Percipio for the week, I listened to the instructions for this week’s class assignment of scheduling and confirming POW appointments on Sheets and email. I also took turns being an employee and customer playing out those scenarios.

What I did this week

Today I worked on a Google sheets data entry elective, as well as several Percipio courses on professional development and workplace communication. I also practiced my touchtyping, applied for a new job, and updated my cover letter. Today, I practiced some company research and interview questions to prepare for mock interviews next week.

Today we had a couple practice assignments on taking notes, and finished going to the rest of our classmates’ scheduled zoom meetings. I also completed one Percipio course and practiced my touchtyping.

After finishing and turning in my Percipio and typing practice, I chose the Google Sheets art elective to work on for this week. I managed to finish the entire assignment today, though, so I will choose another one to work on for tomorrow.

What I did this week

This week, besides typing practice and Percipio, I completed and presented a slide deck for the POW section of class. I also started and mostly completed a POW sheets/docs/mail merge assignment. During employment services this week, I worked on my interview questions and my resume.

What I did today

Today we reviewed Google Sheets and the accountability assignment from this week. We also started work on an assignment with Google Sheets and Docs using the mail merge tool to create bulk business letters from names and addresses on a spreadsheet.
