Started the day with typing practice. I am getting better! The rest of the day, we worked on our Core Portfolios for graduation. I am enjoying the assignment as I am practicing all I’ve learned from the very beginning. Thanks, CTP!

Typed for the first 15 minutes. Then the rest of the day was spent working on our POW slide presentation. We saw everyone’s presentation. Good job, everyone!!

Practiced typing for 15 minutes. Worked on the POW slides.

Since it’s the first week of the month, we had orientation for our new classmates. Went over our accountability assignment for this week on Managing Rigidity. Worked on this month’s evaluation email.

I was able to make it late! Worked on my resume, then we did Interview Jeopardy.

Took a 3-minute typing test. PRO reviewed the portfolio assignment for next month. We met with CTT and role-played how to handle customers in various situations. Good day!

Typing practice. The rest of the day was spent practicing MicroSip and the customer service scripts for Sunshine Express. Experienced some technical difficulties.
