TIL

I was late today due to a misunderstanding, but we worked it out and it’s ok. I mostly worked on interview questions and answers, both written and oral. The oral interview practice was with unconventional questions and unscripted answers, which was actually surprisingly fun. See y’all in SJS!

This week, I watched another corny customer service training video, did another independent challenge, practiced phone scenarios, wrote my final Rose/Bud/Thorn email, presented my article on exoskeletons, worked on written customer service responses, finished my final Skillsoft courses, and of course, finished my Core Portfolio presentation (which we’re about to watch!)

Today we went over the Independent Challenge from yesterday. I got 100%, although I had to go about 30 seconds over time to finish. TIL

Today we analyzed fictional workplace situations, which was very engaging, interesting, and important. I worked on my portfolio presentation, then did some helpful interview practice.

Today I learned more about networking and I started the Network Building Block lab. I got stuck at the configuration of pfSense, I asked for help and sorted it out. Now I have all three VMs in my LAN set up, and tomorrow I will test the network.
