Today we worked on using a telephone database using a script to play out a role. It was a lot of fun. I learned how to warm transfer customers, and it was good practice.

Today I did some practice with the 3CX phone app. I feel like it went very well and I’m still learning new information on how to use it. I also practiced on some written customer responses. I learned how to respond to customer feedback and complaints. Overall, I felt it was a productive day.

Today we went over the Sunshine Express customer service scripts and practiced in groups on 3cx on what working at a call center would look like. For the last hour, I worked on my written customer service responses.

Today, I started with some job postings for the students, and then transitioned into adding songs to the CTP playlist. After that, I attempted to get more work done on the ERG Outreach project, but it’s still very slow going. These ERGs REALLY don’t like providing methods to contact them! Today is my third day here as an associate here at CTP. Today I posted job listings and worked mainly on the second chance research and further research on the social media content.

Today I worked on calling exercises with the group in 3cx. It was a little confusing at first, but I eventually got it right in my second group. For the rest of the day, I worked on customer service responses.

I got to use 3CX phone system again. A different assignment this time. It was a little difficult at first but we got better after redoing the exercise. I had fun with it. I also worked on the professional email responses. I hope I did okay on it.
