Worked on 3CX phone system for 2 hours then did written responses to prompts: also shared with Chris for feedback.

Today I took care of my usual three job listings and then rounded out the day with the Emergency Food & Grocery project.

Today, We practiced basic phone skills like answering and making calls with the customers. Following the script is very helpful but I realized I need more practice to make me more comfortable and make me sound natural.

Today we talked about the personal challenges that we did. We did phone customer scripts with the 3CX phone system, and we also did an exercise in turning informal written communication into formal communication.

Work on Google Docs, typing, and best of all things for the day 3CX communication training on operating and using the technology.

Today we worked in groups of 2 to 3 people reading from a script to provide customer service. We used a program that has a phone database that we can conference call, put on hold, warm transfer, or cold transfer a customer. It was fun. we also worked on correcting Informal Emails to make them …

I got to use the 3CX system. It wasn’t too hard(I hope) and I think I would like to practice more on it. I also worked on professional and informal emails. I hope I did okay. I’m not used to doing this kind of thing.

Today I learned how to use the chat – 3CX system. I found it quite easy as I was able to navigate through the system along with my partner. I also did an exercise involving checking/correcting emails.
