today we continued to do our lab project for BIOS for our virtual machine. i’m stuck on the part of installing the BIOS of the virtual machine manager

Today we continued working on the Computer Hardware lab. We learned how to interact and access BIOS in Virtual Manager and Virtual Box.

Spent the first hour adding job listings to the CTP website, focused on the Santa Rosa area. In the second hour I continuted working on the emergency food list, focused on the Kern County area. In the last hour I looked for companies to add to the DEI list, adding 4.

I started the day off with typing skills tests, and worked in google docs for the remainder.

Today I did type exercises, learned how to do an elective by comparing the cost of office supplies and an office chair. And learned how to do the sum formula in finding the best price.

I practiced my typing which I enjoy doing everyday because I see my typing is improving. I worked on my Core Portfolio – it’s looking pretty good and I’m enjoying doing it. I love Slides! It’s due on Thursday and I’ll get it done.

Today I completed my Company Job Research Elective and worked on Customer Cues in Percipio.

– Deeply unfocused today.– All about BIOS— This is a lot of what I do in volunteering so I feel really good about it. I’m glad I got to do it on physical machines a bunch because trying to get VM software to cooperate is more of a pain but I’m not demoralized. – Talked …

I noticed that the DEI list looked completely full, and it caught me off guard. It looked like I would need to search up companies and add them. I used a Reddit post as a starting point, and I was able to find companies that still had DEI pages.
