Today I got to practice on how to be a employee & a customer for POW online. I took an order and made an order. I also got to learn how to paint by numbers on sheets. My typing got better as well I got 69 WPM and 100% accuracy.

I started my day with three job listings and then briefly touched on the Self-Esteem Slideshow. I then dedicated my remaining shift to Social Media research.

Today I worked on a new lab. I was first learning some of the vocabularies and definitions of some of the words. I was working on doing a disk image and I had to create a virtual machine. I just started with the lab and I need to continue to work some more.

Today I learned to schedule appointments and set up memberships at a company. I also learned to send out confirmation emails to each person who signed up.

Posted a tech article to Slack and worked on the Drive Imaging lab.

Today was a fun Monday. Michael worked with us on scheduling the different types of services that a business offers. I am slow to get the process down, but I will get it with more practice.

I started a new ticket today. Then I answered all of the question and researched all of the terms. Then I began my installation of a new Virtual Machine. I did not complete my installation so I will continue working on it tomorrow.
