For homework due today, I completed a Percipio Skillsoft course on managing the calendar in Outlook 365. I’ve never used Outlook before, to my knowledge, and it seems more difficult to learn than Google Calendar. The questions for the course test were also quite difficult, so I was happy to be done with that course.
At the beginning of class, we worked on typing and then transitioned to two projects at Sunshine Express. First, we put together a WordPress bio and added a Customer Service Representative entry to the WordPress Sunshine Express page. Then, we practiced a couple Point of Sale scenarios using the Square store for Sunshine Express.
We didn’t have a lot on the schedule this week, so we are adding a freestyle Canva presentation assignment due Thursday. I played around with Canva AI a little bit, but I couldn’t really decide what subject I should do my presentation on. So, in the meantime, I worked on putting my online flyers together with an email to my instructors, scheduled to be sent out on Thursday.
