Zora Industries is hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Sales Representative to support customer engagement, account management, and sales efforts throughout the Bay Area. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to promote telecommunications and connectivity solutions, assist with account setup and service updates, and provide personalized support to ensure a positive customer experience. - Engage with customers to explain products, services, promotions, and account options
- Support customer enrollments, onboarding, and account management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM systems
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering excellent service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer acquisition goals
- Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and team meetings
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a face-to-face, customer-focused sales environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or account management is a plus but not required
